ACE logoA testimony to our success is driven from the reality that we never get complacent and always endeavour to improve.  In early 2008 Kylemore launched a new company initiative called ACE - Achieving Competitive Excellence, the Kylemore Continuous Improvement Programme.

What is it?

Ace is a programme designed to drive Kylemore to a level no catering company is currently at, through the determination of the 8 best managers and high performing employees.

We are currently designing a rigorous metric system to test all restaurants and bring every unit to an even higher level. It will be the driver of change and best practices in all facets of what we do.

Why do it?

No other catering company is currently doing anything like it. The attention to detail that will come from the Metric testing system and the Innovation that will come from this group of high performing individuals will bring Kylemore to a level beyond the reach of its competitors.

Why Now?

It is important that Kylemore continuously improves as it grows and stays ahead of it competitors.
