Kylemore Group confirm their long term commitment to the Irish corporate/contract catering market

UCDThe Kylemore group have stated that they intend to create new jobs, increase revenue and focus efforts on fresh Irish produce.

Brian Hogan, Kylemore Group CEO, announced plans for Ireland’s leading retail restaurant operator to further develop and expand its operations in the contract catering market in Ireland. He believes that by the end of 2009 the group will double the size of its catering operations to €80 million turnover with a significant increase in employee numbers.

Kylemore have developed a unique proposition in the Irish market based on a clear understanding of the current and anticipated market needs, innovative approach to food production, menu’s, pricing and marketing.

Already a key competitor in contract catering, the company is set to announce a number of new contract awards in the coming weeks. Existing clients include: The National Concert Hall, Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, University College Cork, St. James Hospital, the Coombe Hospital, University College Dublin, Conduit, ICON, and many more……

Speaking at today’s announcement Brian Hogan states “Our growth strategy is focused on providing a complete catering solution with fresh Irish produce along with exemplary customer service” He continued “2008 is an exciting time for Kylemore with the expansion of the contract catering division.
