Celebrity chef Neven Maguire celebrates the launch of the new Kylemore at Liffey Valley

Neven MaguireIrish cooking enthusiasts were in for an extra special treat at the launch of the new Kylemore restaurant at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre with a demonstration from cookbook author and award winning chef, Neven Maguire. Ireland’s well known chef and personality took time out to celebrate the launch, bringing his well known relaxed and easy approach to cooking.

The new contemporary styled restaurant boasts 350 comfortable seats in the existing foodcourt area, ideal for shoppers looking for a fulfilling meal or snack made daily from fresh Irish produce - a tradition Kylemore are delighted to bring to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. Employing 35 staff the restaurant is taking modern dining to a new level with the introduction of Quiznos Sub.

Kylemore are delighted to introduce the exciting American brand Quiznos Sub to Liffey Valley.  With 13 locations in Ireland and over 5,000 worldwide, Quiznos Sub is one of the fastest growing quick service restaurants in the world offering quality made-to-order Italian – styled sub sandwiches, toasted on superior artisan breads with signature sauces and fillings….a healthy alternative to traditional fast food and sandwich bars. Quiznos Sub also offer toasted wraps, pizzas, box lunches, salads and soups for their customers and corporate catering.

Neven MaguireIn addition to the new restaurant, Kylemore have also introduced their new “STEPS program” to Liffey Valley. Kylemore have established the program to show their commitment to the provision of a wide range of quality food and drinks which cater for differing health and dietary requirements with an emphasis on healthy eating and well being.  The program offers a different monthly theme with a recipe designed by a Kylemore chef, validated by their nutritionist, that can be incorporated into a healthy diet e.g. July - Kylemore summer “light” sensation month, August – Boost you immunity month with delicious recipes to support these themes.
