Our aim with all our units is to provide an excellent choice and variety of meals, snacks and beverages, nutritionally balanced, locally sourced menus with fair-trade and organic options. As one our units noted, Kylemore has hit all the right notes: ‘our staff have been delighted that we made the change to Kylemore, a recent survey that we conducted confirmed this.’
When we take on a café we aim to tastefully redesign the area with directional signage to brighten it up and give each location a ‘personality’, assist in customer through put in the restaurants and assist the customer in every possible way.
With a promotional calendar in place for each site we plan a number of competitions and theme days throughout the year to bring a sense of fun and innovation to the workplace dining experience. From mountain bikes, to coffee equipment, theme days and fun and frolics planned for the unit, the excitement generated by Kylemore’s introduction is infectious! Added to this a new and improved hospitality service and pre-order facility for sandwiches translates into an innovative, responsive and tailored approach to contract catering that is winning us new business and making our customers and clients satisfied with their decision.
Any food allergies and specific dietary requirements are catered for by our responsive team in each site and customers are encouraged to ask questions, make suggestions and bring dietary requirements to our attention so we can cater for them so that their daily experience is a positive one and one that they will repeat every day.
